BR Lifestyle provides weekly vehicle rental services in the Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia (DMV) area. Our services are designed for gig economy drivers, rideshare drivers, and local commuters who need reliable, affordable transportation.
Submitting a rental application does not guarantee vehicle availability or approval. All applications are subject to review, and BR Lifestyle reserves the right to approve or deny applications at its sole discretion. Applicants must meet minimum age, licensing, and insurance requirements as determined by BR Lifestyle.
Vehicle rental prices are listed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice. All prices are quoted on a weekly basis. Additional fees may apply for mileage overages, late returns, cleaning, tolls, or damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Vehicles rented from BR Lifestyle must be used in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Renters are responsible for any traffic violations, parking tickets, or tolls incurred during the rental period. Vehicles may not be used for illegal purposes, racing, or any activity that could cause damage to the vehicle.
Renters are responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance coverage during the rental period. BR Lifestyle is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from the use of rented vehicles. Renters assume full responsibility for the vehicle during the rental period.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BR Lifestyle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services or website.
BR Lifestyle reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the District of Columbia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
